Passion Fruit Mocktail

A ray of sunshine on a cloudy day :)

Sounds very poetic, but is completely made up :D Well it will be that if you make it on a cloudy day, but I was lucky to have some sunshine to accompany my day of shooting new recipes today :) And I can't even tell you how thankful I am for that! :) Especially now that because of my work I cannot always choose on which day to shoot, it is great to have the sunshine join on the shooting day :)

This mocktail really is like a ray of sunshine, with all that tropical fruit and sunny flavours. I loved the combination of sweet orange juice, slightly sour passion fruit and the sweet cinnamon sugar. The flavours balanced each other out so beautifully and made a delicious tropical flavour combination :) And do you want me to tell you a secret? :) I created this recipe on a go, because I had planned another passion fruit recipe and I thought I would need three fruits for it, whereas I actually ended up needing only two. So I had one to spare and since I had halved it already I decided to create something with it right away. After drinking both of the mocktails I made (yes, all by myself :D), I can tell you I am really happy I did have that one leftover as the recipe was a delicious success.

And since I already mentioned it, there is going to be another passion fruit recipe coming really soon and it is a winner! Oh, I really cannot wait to share it with you! :) So just saying, you might want to stack up on passion fruit :)

Take care & stay healthy Lovelies!
