Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Something so delicious and yet healthy


Did I hear, healthy chocolate pudding? Yes, that is exactly what this is. So creamy you would never think it is made with only fruits and no added dairy or sugar. The sweet bananas give this smoothie the sweetness and the avocado takes care of the creaminess. Then add some peanut butter on top and you have your new favorite breakfast, snack, dinner, lunch, dessert..I might have got a bit carried away.

If you found yourself thinking, avocado in a smoothie can´t be any good, then I must say, you are wrong. There are so many other strong flavours in this smoothie that you don´t taste the avocado at all. The only thing the avocado actually does is, it brings the lovely creaminess to this smoothie.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Something so delicious and yet healthy


  • 2 Bananas

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp Cacao (with no added sugar)

  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 120ml milk


  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter for decoration

  • fruits or berries of your choice for decoration


  1. Add all ingredients into a smoothie maker and blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer into a bowl and decorate with some more peanut butter and berries of your choice (decoration suggestion in the video).

  3. Eat the smoothie fresh. Fruit smoothies are not very good for storing for later, but you can store them for a couple of hours in the fridge.
