Easy Oven Baked Fish

Fast and Easy to make whole oven baked Fish

This summer 2018 we went on a trip to Croatia where you can eat fresh seafood everywhere and it was like heaven to me, as I absolutely love seafood. But before we go there, any Game of Thrones fans here? I am, and man it was so exciting to visit the places from the series! I would definitely recommend to visit Croatia and the filming locations if you are a fan. You can find some more on that on my YouTube channel in the Travel Vlogs Playlist.

And now we get to the food. I had so much fish in Croatia that it inspired me to try make something similar at home. All the fish there was made on grill, on open fire and this is also something I will try, just need to wait for the warm weather to be back. But until then I have a solution for indoor cooking, a delicious whole baked fish in the oven. Very simple and clean flavours that bring out the flavour of the fish.

This recipe is very fast to prep and tastes great with a side of rice.

Come with me, on a culinary trip to Croatia and make this delicious grilled fish!
