Healthy Date Bread

Healthy Bread Recipe with no Added Sugar and no Fat

Who said healthy can´t also taste good? My better half and I absolutely love this date bread, because you can eat it for breakfast and you don´t have to stop at one piece, and still you dont need to feel bad about it since it has no added sugar and no fat.

Now you are probably thinking, right, how can it taste good if it has no sugar and no fat? Well, the dates that go into this bread give enough sweetness to the bread and they also give the moisture for the bread along with the yogurt, and so there is also no need for butter.

Enjoy the bread as it is, with some maple syrup on top or with some yogurt, maple syrup and fresh fruit! Any way that you choose, is tasty.

Bake some breads before Christmas, wrap them in brown parchement paper and tie with some ribbon and you will have a great homemade edible present ready!

Happy Baking Lovelies!
